The Herbal Garden offers a delightful array of natural skincare products, hand crafted with care and aroha. These products are made from organic herbs grown in The Herbal Garden, which allows me to harvest them when they are at their best. I process and make the products on the property using cold organic oil infusion method which extracts all the wonderful properties and goodness out of the herbs so the products are the best quality they can be. I use high quality organic carrier oils.
Any other ingredients used in the formulations are meticulously sourced from organic and sustainable suppliers in New Zealand, and designed to nourish your skin based on natures alchemy. All the packing is also eco friendly and recyclable, all part of a sustainable ethos.

About Me
I trained as a cordon bleu chef and eventually had my own restaurant then ventured into the corporate world of event management and marketing before being a casualty of corporate restructuring. After this I decided it was time to prioritise my own well being and create a life around my passions. So I embarked on a journey of learning, studying organics at Lincoln University and completing a Herbal apprenticeship with the esteemed Valmai Becker of Phytofarm. This immersion in herbs and natural medicine became the foundation for what is now The Herbal Garden.
Originally inspired by the needs of gardeners, the products have evolved to cater to everyone seeking the benefits of organic, natural skincare. The Herbal Garden is more than just a store – it's a sanctuary of knowledge and inspiration. I hold workshops and garden tours, where you'll discover the wonders of our herbal allies and learn how to harness their potential for your own well-being.
