I was lying on a beach in Rarotonga trying to come up with ways to not have to go home and head back to work. I couldn't come up with much but I did decide that making jewellery was something I could do anywhere so when I got home enrolled in a course.

That was a long time ago...

I now have a studio at home where I look out onto the hills of Wellington in the always inspiring country of New Zealand. I work at a bench that used to sit in my grandparents home as their kitchen table and I try to make beautiful things that people love wearing and it makes me happy.

In a world that is full of mass produced factory line products I personally like jewellery that looks handmade and tells the story of its creation and thats now, what I try to create. I try to leave and then cherish the small imperfections in each and every piece because just like us, our beauty sits in our individuality and uniqueness.
