We produce a wide range of country-style spreads, sauces, jellies, jams, chutneys, oils and baked goods made only with organically grown fresh produce from old varieties of trees on our estate. No artificial ingredients, flavourings or colours; except for one, all goods are gluten-free and dairy-free. All handmade in our kitchens using traditional recipes. They are deliciously tasty, unique and sophisticated preserves.
It all came about by buying Gunyah, a heritage home in the country with its original orchard still in full production. the rest...is history! Our philosophy about preserving food is that it should be done the old-fashioned way, and only with natural ingredients.
