All a Buzz Design is a little family business which is the creative outlet of Darren & Debby Porter.

We originally began designing and making for local preschools and markets in Tauranga before moving back to Rotorua. We have spent the last few years collaborating with, and doing projects for early childhood educators in the Bay Of Plenty which has led to us being smitten with a passion for creating New Zealand centred play-based educational toys. We have two boys of our own who are now school aged and feature in some of our early product photos. We are supported by a wealth of early childhood educators which includes members of our own extended family. For our manufacture we are determined to use the most child friendly materials, finishes, and are committed to our products being entirely made in NZ.

Between 2019 and 2020 we have undergone some big changes to find ourselves in a new life working out of our own micro-factory on the rural outskirts of Rotorua at Lake Rerewhakaaitu.

We like to support our New Zealand educators by supplying direct to provide the best cost value along with a few niche retailers who specialize in selling New Zealand made product. Now and then we get out to support our local markets and fundraiser events. We always love the opportunity to engage with customers and see the joy on children's faces.
