This lovely top is made from a vintage silk kimono with a dainty Sakura/ cherry blossoms pattern. The silk is excellent quality and drapes beautifully.
It's collar is all hand stiched on the body in order to maximize the elegance of gathering feature.
Cuffs have elastics so you can blouse sleeves as you like.

Hena Hena's creations are upcycled with vintage silk kimonos which are imported from Japan and they are carefully unpicked by myself. I mainly use kimonos from 1950s and before. Because of their age of fabrics there could be some flaws like small marks, pinholes and colour fade etc. but they have incredibly graceful taste that only vintage kimonos have. I hope you enjoy and love the beauty of vintage kimono silks including their histories to be embraced.
