Plum Sauce with Pistachio and Hazelnut

A deliciously tasty, unique and sophisticated spiced plum sauce with pistachio and hazelnuts for extra texture, to accompany cold meats of all sorts, pork, cheeses and even eggs or sausages. Made with red and yellow plums organically grown from old varieties of trees on our heritage estate at Gunyah. No artificial ingredients, flavourings or colours; gluten-free and dairy-free. All handmade in our Gunyah kitchens using traditional recipe. An excellent Christmas present.
Serve at room temperature or slightly warmed.
