Italian Tapenade

A delicious combination of black olives, capers and anchovies to be used as a spread on specialty breads, on and with cheese, with ham, fish, pasta or vegetables. Excellent on asparagus. Serve at room temperature. Very long shelf life and an excellent Christmas present! Made in our Gunyah kitchens the old fashioned way with no artificial ingredients or flavourings.
