Seller sent items (Christmas gifts) 14th December without a tracking number. One week later and two days out from Christmas and nothing has arrived (business address). I’m more disappointed than angry. Four pairs of earrings that haven’t arrived is four Christmas gifts I’ve had to buy elsewhere now. $200 wasted because $100 of items just hasn’t shown up. With how many issues people have with NZ Post, I’m unsure why there was no tracking included. Overall, really disappointed and letdown. Seller said they are back on the 28th and can’t do anything until then. Our business has now closed and with no tracking number, NZ Post can’t help me at all. I have asked seller for a refund. This is the first missing item I’ve ever had buying from Felt. As I said, really disappointed and letdown.
