Acorn earrings - fused glass

This listing is for acorn earrings made from fused glass. The acorn has been cast from a real acorn to create a miniature replica of the real thing.

These acorns are approx 14mm in diameter and are individually cast from powdered glass using a technique called pate-de-verre or "paste of glass".This creates three-dimensional items in glass without using high temperature molds. The glass is then fused together creating cast glass.

Light and easy to wear, each pendant is individually made, so your pendant is truly one of a kind. Due to it's handmade nature, your jewellery may have small imperfections and irregularities just like a real acorn. This is perfectly normal and should in no way affect the function or life of your item.
