Double Flower Dangle Earrings in Sterling Silver

Listing image #990429
Listing image #990430
These flower dangle earrings are inspired by 19th-century flower panels I found at the V&A Museum. Surprisingly although similar to the Tapa cloth flower patterns the flower is based on overlapping of four circles with the overlap creating the four-petal flower.

I created the panel from wax sheets, hand cutting and then texturing each component before inserting the flowers into the frame. The surface of the flower petals is worked and textured by hand. I then cast the panels into Sterling Silver and have hung them from handcrafted Sterling Silver Wires.

Handcrafted Sterling Silver flower panels dangle below Sterling Silver Earring hooks.

A beautiful botanical rectangle panel, containing two hand-drawn four-petal flowers that sway from a hook. A little bit different, with each pair of earrings being totally unique and one-off due to each being handmade. Can either be supplied polished or with the silver oxidised and removed in places to create texture and shadows.

Earrings are approximately 45mm length by 14mm wide
