Pottery Vase / Decor Piece
Organically Hand made/Hand Built Pottery made by me at our home in North Canterbury. Due to the nature of my work being hand built no two pieces are the same.
This unique piece is made in heavily grogged clay textured with lace and Layered with coils to give the whole piece extra dimensionality. It is then glazed in a white-ish glaze created by myself.
It measures (at it's largest points): 10cm wide x 12.5cm high.
Enjoy this piece as a stunning decor piece within your home or, as a vase or cover pot for a favourite little pot plant. As a totally random idea, it would also be great in the bathroom holding tooth or make up brushes, make up pencils and mascara.
nb: whilst this is a waterproof vessel, because of the coils in the decoration there is a gap in the clay approximately 1/3 up. So ensure water is only up to just below that level.
