Pottery Pedestal Display Plate
Organically Hand made/Hand Built Pottery made by me at our home in North Canterbury. Due to the nature of my work being hand built no two pieces are the same.
This Pedestal Plate Stand is hand made with black clay and then glazed in a unique glaze made by myself. The plate was dipped glazed creating the unique markings seen on top in how it has reacted with the clay. The base stand had the glaze painted on which gives it a different look and finish to the top.
It measures (at it's largest points): 23.5cm wide x 10cm high.
Enjoy this piece simply as decor within your home, to burn candles from, as a fruit bowl or maybe even for some favourite trinkets or momentoes.
NB: This item is not food safe for direct contact with food (ie: cakes) - fruit is ok.
