Walnut Earrings.
These very long earrings, 12.2cm long, are a very good example of the darker walnut timber, over 80 years old, that I have.
The earrings are narrow, 6.5mm.
Finished with copper fittings and hooks, protected against oxidation with varnish.
I have sanded the timber, used an oil for the wood, made and protected the fittings.
Timber found in South Canterbury.
