I made this purse using a Japanese furoshiki. The furoshiki is new and the design is court life in Japan’s heian period. (794 - 1185)
*Furoshiki are traditional Japanese wrapping cloths.
This purse is great for keeping your essential items for going to a cafe, a town or going on a holiday!
It is also perfect for holding make-ups, toiletries or any small items.
It measures approximately 25.5 x 14.5cm
The fabric is medium weight 100% cotton and has elegant texture.
I applied a layer of light wadding to the outer fabric for softness and structure. It is also lined internally.
