Do you swim regularly? Chlorine and salt will strip the natural oils out of your hair, leaving hair dry, brittle, and prone to hair breakage. Rinsing your hair in clean water after swimming will help, and applying a weekly mask will do wonders.

Heat styling tools, such as curling irons, flat irons, tongs or blow dryers can strip your hair of its natural oils and proteins by breaking down its hydrogen bonds. Heat protectants reduce, but do not eliminate, damage by heat tools.

How to use - apply a generous amount and work through clean, damp hair . For best results, leave on for between 10 - 15 mins, then rinse out with warm water, or shampoo out depending on hair type.
