HEIRLOOM DOLL - Tilly
Tilly is a handcrafted heirloom doll created with love, care and attention to detail. Tilly is made from my own original pattern. She is a OOAK toy that would be an amazing gift or keepsake.
I have been a dollmaker for over 7 years and sewing all my life. Although it’s not my full time job, it’s my passion and creative outlet. Each doll has hours and hours of my time and love sewn into them.
Tilly's face is both hand painted and embroidered. Tilly is able to sit up when positioned right and looks adorable on a shelf with her legs crossed at the knee or folded up. Her hair is painstakingly attached via a crochet wig and can be styled in many ways. I double/triple stitch all limbs and bodies to ensure these softies withstand hugs and many tea parties but gentle supervised play is always recommended.
Materials: mix of yarns, cotton, knit, velcro, embroidery thread, stretch lace and polyester stuffing.
Size: 44cm
Clothes: knitted alpaca hat with flower, knitted cardigan, white skirt and lace skirt. Clothing items are removable. Shoes are sewn on.
Care: Zealous Design dolls are recommended for over 3 years old, and I suggest adult supervision at times of play for all children under 36 months of age. Dolls may be spot cleaned carefully.
