Wallet | small item storage | Italian Leather
Italian leather wallet measuring 9 cm x 8.5 cm. It is perfect for parking meter coins, SD cards, flash drives and other small items. There are three small compartments, one green, one brown, and a pocket between these two pockets.
Materials: 100% veg tanned cow hide which has been aniline dyed and finished to a beautiful semi gloss. The leather is approximately 5 - 6 oz (2mm - 2.4mm) thick, has medium stretch and a moderate pebble texture. The seams have been hand sewn, using saddle stitch, so they are really strong and will not unravel like machine sewn items. I have finished the edges off with black Edge Kote.
A note about Italian Leather: In order to treat the leather, transparent aniline dyes are used. Protective treatments or coatings are not applied to aniline leather. For that reason, it still retains its natural feel. 100% pure Italian leather makes use of aniline dyes to which a mixture of waxy oils has been applied.
An affordable small gift since I have made it from remnants of Italian Leather, charging only for my labour.
