Linen Lavender Eye Pillow

This eye pillow is made from a sustainable natural linen fabric that will continue to soften with use. It is filled with flaxseed and organic dried lavender.

Approx 27cm x 10cm.

Eye pillows can be enjoyed as they are or you can heat it in a microwave. Lie the pillow flat and heat with a mug of water for 10-30 seconds or alternatively you can place in the freezer wrapped in a protective cover for a cool compress.

Not only can eye pillows reduce head aches and soothe irritated eyes they are also an excellent aid in helping relieve tension and stress. The gentle weight of the eye pillow along with the blocking out of light helps to send calming signals to the brain that helps relax tension in the neck, chest, back and stomach and calms the nervous system.
