Place against face, adjust nose wire, pull cords to make tight and comfortable.
Machine washable
Low Heat Dryer, Line or a Heated Towel Rail until dry
Wash after each Use and Make sure it's thoroughly DRY before Using!
Can be Ironed if you desire too.
