Hand Painted Wooden Fantail with Manuka Flower Ornament

A beautiful laser cut wooden NZ fantail with a manuka flower behind its ear, hand painted with a tiny paintbrush and finished with a non-toxic protective varnish. It hangs from a fine silver embroidery thread.
The fantail measures 5.1cm tall x 4.1cm wide x 4mm thick. It is made from high quality hoop pine plywood, Resene paint and Voodoo Molly Vintage Clearcoat waterbased urethane.
These are hand painted artworks of my own design, handmade in Christchurch.
Please note that each piece I make varies very slightly so it may differ a little from the one in the photos. This is the nature of handmade items :)
