Merino Infinity Scarf "River gorge"

A warm and soft single loop scarf handcrafted with fine NZ Merino wool fibre in various green tones and hints of black and ocre, entwined with strands of white mulberry silk fibre which adds a lovely lustre.

The 100% natural materials were felted into a fluffy fine felt that feels warm and breathable. This scarf is wet felted with a lattice-work out of very thin layers of fibre (cobweb felting technique) into a durable piece of airy felt .It is super lightweight and a wonderful gift to send overseas.

Materials: about 80% NZ Merino fibre , 20% Mulberry silk fibre

Size : about 65 - 70 cm perimeter and 32 - 35 cm wide

I used biodegradable skin friendly soap during felting.
The scarf comes ironed and is ready to wear.


Please care for this garment as you do with all your woolen items. Wash by hand in warm water using quality, natural soap. Gently squeeze dry in a towel and dry flat, gently reshaping as required. Iron on wool or silk setting. Between washes , freshen up garment by airing or steam ironing
