How to use:
Apply at bedtime (if you can comfortably) wear socks over the top.

To use scrape out a pea sized amount to the palm of your hand.
Warm balm up by rubbing between the hands until you have a smooth oily texture.
Apply to affected area, add more as you need it. For best results, use daily
