One of a kind Maori Koru love symbol hand carved from New Zealand Paua shell pendant with pearly blue green colours of the Ocean and highlights of pink. Sterling silver bindings secure the plaited cord to the sides of the pendant.

Paua shell is very reflective and the colors change with the light and why it is known as the opal of the Sea. The colours may vary on different screens.
Paua is a southern Abalone from the Kaikoura coast of New Zealand where the paua live on the rocks just under the waves.

Measures 7.4cm or 2.9 inches across, approximately 5-6mm thick.
Hung on a hand plaited black cord with Slip knots to allow the length to be adjustable, maximum length is 25 inches or 65cm. Or can be worn quite short.

This is the actual piece you will receive.

Will arrive in a gift box and I include a hand written card describing the materials I have used and the symbolism of the design.

I use NZ Parcel post which usually takes 2-3 days to arrive within NZ. Overseas parcels are insured and take 2 weeks or more to arrive, please message me for courier upgrade foe overseas.
