Matai/Seaglass earrings
Matai/Seaglass earrings.
Made from demolition native matai. A nice light coloured timber.
Blue seaglass (from the West Coast) has been epoxyed into the wood.
Recycled copper wire was used, finished with stainless steel hooks.
The wood has had 2 coats of natural oil applied.
The wood piece is 5cm long, 2.2cm at its widest, 8mm thick.
From bottom of hook to base of wood piece is 7cm long.
