Takahe Feather Earrings
Unique to New Zealand, Takahe are large, flightless and colourful birds. Tenacious survivors, they were thought to be extinct until rediscovered in 1948.
Sterling silver feathers with koru detail (23mm long), hand painted with porcelain paint in iridescent bright blues, and hanging from sterling silver ear hooks. The porcelain paint is scratch and water resistant.
