Hand made in Christchurch this design is inspired by the beaches of Banks Peninsula. It is made of stoneware clay and incorporates mineral rich sand from Birdlings Flat beach. It is fired at temperatures above 1200 degrees Celsius.
Brooch is approximately 45mm in diameter.
