Swedish Tomte or Norwegian Nisse are mischievous sprite who work on and protect farms. Legend states the only payment they ask for is a big bowl of buttery porridge on Christmas Eve.
This Christmas ornament is made using acrylic felt and measures 12 cm x 6 cm. Tomte's feature a faux fur beard, a round stuffed nose, green polka dot heart and brass bell on its hat. Tomte is hung using satin ribbon and a button. Tomte is individually designed, hand cut, hand stitched and stuffed with new fibre fill and is created in a smoke free environment.
