Edible wafer paper butterflies

These beautiful Butterflies are completely edible. They are printed with food colouring inks onto wafer paper which is made from rice starch. The page is A4 size and contains 40 different sized butterflies in all the colours of the rainbow.

The butterflies are very easy to use. Cut them out with a little sharp pair of sissors and they are ready to go. They can be used flat or gently folded in half to give them a realistic 3D look. Then simply attach them to cakes, biscuits or cupcakes with a small dab of icing.

Full instructions are enclosed on the back of the butterfly pack and they are packaged in a sealed clear celophane bag.

The edible butterfly images are sent in a ridgid A4 card envelope to keep them flat during delivery.

The shelf life of the images is approximately 1 year.

All of the Sweet Whimsy range of edible images is completely designed and printed by me in my studio in Wellington. I have either illustrated the images from scratch or sourced vintage images. These are not mass produced in china and if they do not contain my logo or instructions they are not my images. Beware of copies or imitations as they may not even be edible.
