When ordering, please email me the following details:
► Colour for the keepsake (if different than shown on the sample)
► Your postal address for delivery
► Your email address for me to send a draft
► Full name of child (first, middle, last)
► Date of birth (day, date, month, year)
► Time (12 hour time)
► Weight (pounds and ounces)
► Length (cms)
► Place born (ie which hospital, born at home etc)
► City or town
► Either parents names OR a small quote

All graphics, as well as the layout and design of the keepsakes are a one-of-a-kind and created soley by me. As the designs are copyrighted, you may not claim these designs as your own, re-sell or share the keepsakes in whole or in part for profit or sell any design in any store - online or physical.

Colours on the images may vary from computer to computer and may appear brighter on your monitor than the actual printed keepsake will be. I will work with you via email to get exactly what you want and won't print until you are completely happy with the draft. Due to the nature of the product all sales are final and no refunds can be given.

I post out orders on Tuesdays & Fridays ONLY. Please let me know if you would require your keepsake posted earlier than one of those days. Pickups are welcome - we are in Opawa.
