It features a piece of kimono silk that is cream with an all orange, red and blue pattern.
The reverse side is made from a piece of light weight cream coloured silk with an all over orange and lilac floral pattern with silver embroidery thread.

The neck tie is secured at the neck by threading the pointed end through a buttonhole, positioned 25 cm from one end of the neck tie.
