Paua shell & copper koru earrings

I have shaped & polished bright blue/green paua shell into little round discs and then shaped & polished copper wire into a sweet little koru.
The earring hooks are sterling silver.
Koru makes a lovely symbol for new beginnings.

I gathered these shells from the Kaikoura coast near where i live. The vibrant colours & pearly sheen is all natural with blue, green & a little purple. I cut all pieces with hand tools taking care of the shell and no chemical laquers or resins are used, or needed. So you & the environment are safe.

The discs Measure 1.5cm in diametre, and they hang down 3.4cm from the top of the earring hook.
They sit beautifully ,hanging forward & slightly outwards to catch the light. The backs are natural shell, polished. These do look even better than in the photo, you wont be dissapointed.

Earrings will arrive in a lovely organza gift bag ready for giving or treating yourself.

I use NZ Parcel post which usually takes 2-3 days to arrive within NZ. Overseas parcels are insured and take 2 weeks to arrive. I do take care to wrap all parcels safely.
