Made of New and quality materials:
plastic headband, 100% cotton fabric, buttons and felt. The yoyo flowers are hand-stitched and attached to the headband, then glued with non toxic hot glue to a felt backing.
Each headband is unique - I use different combinations of cotton fabrics & buttons. Please check my feedback
